WHAT WE DO

The Art of Saying Hello creates business card, logos, and other designs that will assist with company branding. However, our focus is business card and logo design. We offer many options such as nontraditional card forms, unlimited graphics, and complimentary card cases. Our logos come in different packages to fit your costs, needs, and wants.

 

HELLO PROCEDURES:

The potential client contacts us for design services. Hello reaches the client to set up a free consultation. The consultation is taken place over the phone, via email or at a neutral meeting place. Multiple questions are asked and answered during the consult process to pinpoint the direction of the designs requested. The client then pays a deposit and signs the invoice agreement. It is very important that the client understand Hello's legal terms before signing our invoice agreement. If there are any printing costs, this should be listed and paid in advance. Once deposit is paid and invoice agreement is signed, the design process begins. It also very important for the client to give great input during the consultation so that our designers are able to create the best product.

The client then receives samples on the date stated on the invoice agreement and takes time to review. The client is given an unlimited amount of revisions on the “paid for” samples to assure the satisfaction of the client.

“Paid For” samples are samples that the client orders. For example, if a client pays 50% towards the “Sweet and Simple logo package, then the client will receive unlimited revisions on that one logo. If the client decides he or she is unhappy with that concept totally then he or she will pay for more samples. Revisions are alterations of that one concept. If client pays for the “Best Seller” package then the client will receive unlimited revisions on those 6 samples he or she ordered.

Once the client is satisfied, a closing meeting is scheduled. During this meeting, the remaining balance is paid and the client receives full rights to the design(s).

HOW WE WORK

 

  • We offer unlimited revisions on "paid for" samples until customer is satisfied.
  • Normal 5-7 day turn around for design samples (from the date deposit is received)
  • Rush designs are always welcome for an additional fee.
  • A 20% coupon for each referral
  • All payments are made either in person (money order, business check or cash) or online payments (PayPal, all major credit cards, and bank transfers)
  • 50% is paid in advance (deposit); remaining balance + any additional fees paid upon completion
