Our graphic design services are varied and comprehensive. What do you charge for your graphic design services?
Prices depend on many variants but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for high-quality, uncompromised work. You won't find that with some of our competitors. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal, paypal accounts, bank transfers, business checks, personal checks, cash and money orders. All payments to The Art of Saying Hello are in USD form. All international payments will be converted to USD payment amounts.
What is the client's involvement in the design process?
We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats.
How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?
The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our approval process. We present the project to the client at certain stages, or milestones, and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, the client is free to call in to get an update.
How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on CD or through e-mail. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
Who owns the copyright for work The Art of Saying Hello has done for me?
Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
How does your logo design process work?
We first discuss the client's needs, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, our designers make sure they've collected enough information before they begin work. Our logo design service is very flexible. If you'd like to see only a few concepts or if you need many, our service can be priced according to your needs.
I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional 50% – 100% on top of the normal price.
I don't know where to start. Can you help me?
Call us at 404-287-3764. We'll listen to your needs and tell you what your options are. A job may seem overwhelming until you have the right experts helping you out. We can put things in perspective and offer solutions that you may not have even considered.

Our apologies, but we do not work with companies dealing in harmful, unlawful, adult, or questionnable material.
Are your pages secure?
Yes. In fact we use all payment pages through PayPal. All information is protected by SSL with an ecryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). See more information on PayPal's security program here.
What is the turnaround time for The Art of Saying Hello?
The turnaround time could vary depending upon how many services are requested and the quantity of printing ordered. Contact us for a estimation on your turnaround time.
I don't live in Atlanta, Georgia; can you still work with me?
Yes we can. We have worked with clients all over the country and have found the internet is a great tool. We are able to satisfy clients all over just as we have with locals.
I have a logo designed by a seperate company, but they bailed out on me and now I don't have any digital copies of my logo other than on my website, could you help me?
Yes. The starting fee for logo duplication is $75 depending upon the complexity of the logo.
What if I pay my money and I don't like the designs? Can I get my money back?
Unfortunelty, we do not refund money after providing design services. Instead, we offer our clients unlimited amounts of revisions to ensure that they are 100% satisfied. That's why it is very important to us to hear your concerns from the very beginning and during to create the perfect design for your business. We are in business to design the perfect marketing material for you. There is absolutely no refunds on third party fees such as printing costs.
Is there a consultation fee?
Not at all. We invite the most indepth consultation possible so we can really get a feel for your business. However, to start all design processes there is a 50% deposit required. No work will be started until the deposit is made and an invoice agreement is signed.
